Hi! We're
Lionheart Support Services
We are a small, privately run NDIS registered disability support organisation with a vision focused on assisting individuals towards becoming independent and active members of society.
At Lionheart, we are a dedicated team of young people from diverse backgrounds, with a singular passion to mentor and model our range of professional, social and life experiences with individuals.

In home care
We design our in home care programs based on the playfullness, acceptance, curious, and empathetic communication style known as the PACE model. Once a relationship of trust and understanding is built between our mentors and participants, we strive towards an outcome.
Overnight respite
We are excited to now offer respite services in our beautiful facility located in Highton. All of our respite mentors are individually matched to participants to create an environment of calm, and enjoyment during stays.
Life skills
Our range of Life Skills programs embody our passion for independent living skills, our programs offer flexibility from personal hygiene outcomes to car maintenance education.

Book in some respite 🙂
Our respite services are designed to meet the needs of individuals with additional needs. Flexibility is our priority; it is essential for us to collaborate to facilitate a comprehensive or simplistic respite service which individuals are excited to be a part of and look back on with joy.
